Just a small word. I have a few user submitted words tucked away, but I am quickly running out of words to use! Not that I mind coming up with my own words, I just find it easier to use submitted words. So, please if you have a suggestion for a word use the submission form on the right. You can find it under the list of comics I enjoy. Thank you!

I wonder about ways to make my comic more accessible to people how aren’t silly graphic designers with too much time on their hands. Really, who wants to look at doodles that I draw? I think they are really funny but that doesn’t mean every one does. I would be surprised if every one thought they were funny. The comment I get most often about the doodles (especially when done in person) is that they aren’t what they expected. I think a different interpretation of a word catches people off guard. So, when you see the submitted word try and think about what you would draw if given that word. Sort of like bizzaro Pictionary.

I’m almost done with the design of the site. I have a few more minor tweaks and then I’ll call it done. I have really enjoyed poking around in WordPress and ComicPress and making the site look how I want. Hopefully when I am done I will be satisfied and I won’t mess with it anymore! I’ll just have to think of other things to design.
I am trying hard not to check the site stats constantly. Then I try to not get upset when someone unsubscribes from the RSS feed. I know it’ll be a long process of getting the comic where I want it, and making it more accessible to the general public. I just want to succeed! I guess after failing at an office job I want to do something right and enjoy doing it.

I should change it to working on the weekend. Before I head out for family Easter fun I am doing some tweaking on the style of the site. Updates should come M-F at 8am unless I mess it up. I have a stockpile of sketches that I will be using. If you have any suggestions for words to sketch or the site in general feel free to comment or send me an email. I’m not a very wordy person so don’t expect posts to be long (I am a living example of TL;DR).
